为我国教育科研部门提供互联网的著名的Cernet，今天起把Google相关IP列为免费IP
，具体情况可以到Cernet网站上进行查询。一般地只有所谓“国内地址”才在免费列
表上。可以相信，此举将为学术科研注入新的活力。
