拿到这个几天了
昨天晚上突然觉得应该给大家分享一下..呵呵..
最前面先是自己的name, address啊什么的就不写了...
然后..

essay section--
1. Respected leaders concentrate on three areas: what they are [be] (such as beliefs and character), what they know (such as leadership role, tasks, and human nature), and what they do (such as implementing, motivating, and provide direction). Below, describe specific examples to show how you are a respected leader:

2.What do you see yourself doing/being like 20 years from now? How have you gotten there and what leadership skills have helped you along the way? Include professional as well as personal life.
3.In the space below, create a CD cover as described:
a. Select a name for the artist or group that represents the "real you."
b. Select a title and design for the CD cover that represents how others see you.
c. Select six song titles (titles can be actual songs or invented titles):
i. one for the type of friend you are.
ii. one for the types of friends you have.
iii. one that tells where you feel most comfortable.
iv. one that tells what you would like to accomplish.
v. one that tells what you do well.
vi. one that tells what makes you feel good.
d. choose a producer - your most influential family member
e. choose an agent - your most influential non-family member.
4.Adlai Stevenson once said, "It's hard to lead a cavalry charge if you think you look funny on a horse." Describe how this quotation is unique to the high school setting and how you have overcome that challenge.
5.You are Millard South Patriot. Create an acrostic poem that describes what that means to you.

on the official ballot, each candidate's name will appear along with a brief speech. In 50 words or less, explain why you want to be a member of Millard South Student Council. You do not need to include your name or grade - that will be done for you. Any spelling errors made by you will appear just as you made them so please proofread before submitting!!!!
最后就是签上自己的名字和家长签名了..
